The Muay Thai Weekend Retreat is for adventure junkies, fitness enthusiasts and anyone who aims to escape their daily routine while keeping active and feeling energized.

Enjoy Muay Thai training sessions on the beach along a relaxing weekend escape, guaranteed to boost your energy. Practice suitable for all levels of fitness, flexibility or experience.

FRIDAY:

- 3PM: check into the accommodation

- Sunset: Push your fitness with a rigorous Muay Thai session throwing punches and kicking.

- 9 PM: Stretch your body with a yoga session

 
SATURDAY:

- Sunrise: energize with a Muay Thai session.

- Sunset: workout every muscle of your body with a focused Muay Thai session.

- 9 PM: Recover with a yoga session and bring an element of quiet strength and focus to your retreat.

 
SUNDAY:

- Sunrise: awaken your senses with a fulfilling Muay Thai session.

- 12 PM: ready to check out and fully energized.

 

Delicious healthy meals to complement your fitness quest are available to order at the main dining hall.
