MMA CAMP FOR KIDS
Every Sunday From 1 to 3PM
Combined training in
Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling
The Wolves Zone coaching is focused on supporting the kids to gain strength both mentally and physically and contribute to reinforcing self-confidence through Martial Arts.
The sessions are an opportunity for kids to learn self-defense and anti-bullying strategies within a safe and fun environment.
Combination of skilled footwork and punches together for strength, speed and balance.
Taking down opponent to the ground, gaining control and using dominating techniques to get them into submission.
TEAM MUAY THAI
Stand-up striking style practiced with punches, kicks, elbows and knees.
Offense and counter offense drills, setting up takedowns, pummeling, wrist control and hand fighting.
